Once this game loads, click anywhere on the home screen. That will load the menu screen. Click the blue sign icon that is labeled Play. Then click the Level 1 line at the top of the chalkboard. The goal of the first level is to drive the bus forward and then park in front of the bus station. If you think that sounds really easy to accomplish, the reason it is actually quite challenging is because you only have 15 seconds to complete the challenge. You can start driving by pressing the up arrow. While the bus will start slow, it will continue to pick up speed. As you reach the designated spot where you need to park, you can press the spacebar to begin braking and avoid crashing into any of the walls that are near you.
